Growth Capital is probably a scam. Why do I get an obscure message when I call them at the phone # listed on their pathetic website.

Note that they say upto 1.1 million shares. This can mean 100 shares too. If you manage to get hold of them ( my guess is you will not be able to do so), they can say they have already bought what they wanted. Why the number 1.1 million shares ? It is just under the magic 5%. I can claim that I own 1.1 million shares without the need to file a Sch 13G.

This reminds me of scams like REXI. At least the PAIR employee put in some effort to make his webpage look realistic. Any person/organization seriously thinking of buying a large block worth several million dollars will know cheaper ways of doing it.

Does anyone exactly where and when the "news" came out? I am interested in the name of the person who broke it.

Regards,
Rajiv

What happens if they withdraw the offer?

Omelio, that tender offer from Growth Capital has certainly sparked a number of questions by its nature and timing. The next two days will be very interesting, and so will the first two trading days of next week. Best of luck to you!!!

When first made on Oct 4th the price
was still below their ask...hi 9's if
not mistaken.

Over next few days they accumulate
(how much?) and then
with a swift kick pump it up?

The highs went to short positions...hmmm.

Now comes the cover phase... no short
pos will want to carry a position through
an IPO, and practically speaking it
does form a base for the next runnup.

Gonna go up again IMO.
