Capital Growth shares its offices with at least 1 firm - Securities Transfer Corp., 16910 Dallas Parkway, Suite #100, Dallas, Texas 75248, Telephone 972-447-9890, Fax 972-248-4797.

When I call this number, I get the same message.

Suite #100 is probably shared by more firms. My guess it is only a maildrop. Nice breeding ground for scams.

Regards,
Rajiv

You say Growth Capital outfit smells bad. There is no way to control the transfer of shares. This is a deal/offer one would wish they never got into. Someone has figured another way to try to screw the investor. The SEC has a office there in Dallas.
