Yepper just like yesterday - New York gold a gold woody first thing in the morning

Premarket trades on BIDS down about 3/32 - I thought premarlet OTCBB could only be at or above the previous days close/ I guess not - I guess if they have a buyer and a seller then the agreed price is it.
