Jorj: Point made and understood. I agree. The only thing is that everyone is different and expresses themselves differently. A@P definitely sugar-coat his recommendations but I just look by that to the basic information presented. I think much of the "push-back" comes from folks that may happen to be LONG at the point a call is made. Human nature would indeed cause those folks to "dig in their heels" and resist. At that point it seems to become an emotional issue. JMO though. Moby
