Then THEY would be in violation of terms of use as they would have to A: register AS GATA and pay the $200+ enrollment buckeroo's to join SI B: be subject to the terms of use of SI C: be subject to more scruitiny than even I brought to them by posting here on SI instead of soliciting via private subscriptions communications D: and other logical arguments to numerous to mention here. BM did post here, and as an "average joe" Citizen when he did originally. Then he founded GATA and wrote me and many others asking us to help him grow an organization within the confines of SI threads, which would result in expanding his donation based model. THEN BILL'S UNWILLINGNESS TO ANSWER THE DREADED 11 QUESTIONS POSED BY OTHERS TO ME, who WERE INTERESTED in "donating" at one time before he refused to answer and thereby refused their money, foiled his little donations plan solicitation via SI, and he began to sell Vodka artist paintings to support his little fiefdom. See, isn't a review of history a blast?<vbg> So, GATA will NOT be posting on here as BILL WAS TOLD TO SHUT THE HELL UP on SI after his first meeting with the attorney firm he was trying to secure. ANd you know something...a couple of the questions still unanswered are WHAT IS THE RETAINER FEE REQUESTED BY THE LAWFIRM and TWO: have they indeed been retained or did BM just publicize his visit with them and let people THINK he/GATA had retained them. Ditto the purported retention of the batch of Brit Lawyers when he was trying to fry U.K. Prime Minister Blair's ass over BOE gold sales. BILL has accomplised a great deal of public perception by inference and inuendo, instead of by providing hard, verifiable facts. And because he's a private tax-free donation based org, he doesn't have to open his books or answer to anyone...but the IRS eventually, frankly. And since IRS publically announced a cessation of AUDITS etc., almost two years ago, due to the Y2K induced computer change-over hassle almost THEY are facing and had been trying to implement for almost 8 years prior before scraping the new and falling back on the old, non-compliant computer mainframes, BM will pretty much skate away with every donation unaccounted for. Not a bad gravytrain gig for a football has been: organizing a now highly visible political agenda lobbyist group, eh? Yep, BM finally got the "backfield in motion" with this GATA gig. Gotta admit, his timing was good, since the Price of Gold was scheduled to be let off the map by the end of August 99. And YES, if Bill had any honor he would admit that I gave him that VERY MESSAGE FROM GREENSPAN about 5 months ago when BM was just getting warmed up.
