Les- If you are talking about the chart you linked- It looks like NYSE OnBal Volume is at last October's lows.

Sorry, I linked the wrong chart. The weekly chart is the one I meant:

The one-year chart shows it at last October's lows:

The AIQ chart, which I plot, uses a different data source (Reuters) agrees more with the weekly OBV divergence. In any case, all the money is in the Nasdaq since there's no divergence in the OBV on the Nasdaq (or more precisely, the Fab Four or Five).
