Having some problems researching MHR. It appears they haven't filed a 10Q for the last 2 quarters(i.e. WAY overdue on one of the quarters). Also can't find hedging information in their reports nor can I find prices received for their products. The combination of the two missing pieces of information makes it impossible to determine if they are benefitting from higher oil and gas prices. Given their revenues and the lack of info, it doesn't look good IMHO. Contrast this to the transparency of TMR's reporting.

Reserves are very good. Production is not very impressive at this time, but it's going in the right direction. It needs to improve quite a bit to put it on par with CRK, RRC or TMR (and I never liked CRK).

Recent well "successes" are also disturbing. They appear to be drilling awfully deep for very mediocre production.

Bottom line: Think I'll pass on this one - lack of basic information is very disturbing. I really DO appreciate your pointing it out.
