Q: (Appleby): Payment for order flow? A: There is an inclination that the market would be receptive to a reduction in payment for order flow. We are considering that. Don't want to insinuate that we've made a policy decision yet. Q: Given central limit order book, will any limit order given to any NASD MM that matches the new top of the market order book be an instant execution? A: Will be a voluntary central limit order book. Essentiallyh to compete with ECNs.
