Guido, NAVR Post #22201 provides information on the Fletcher deal...It is interesting to see October 18 as the NAVR earnings report date in the AOL post....I'm going to check on that....The Growth Capital offer date of October 19 as the end of the offer may be linked to NAVR earnings report....just a thought...

Fletcher has sighed a convertible + warrants. The ceiling is 9.25 so he first sells his warrant shares, and shorts when it is going much lower. A "Private Placement", not a secondary.
