Paul Harvey, famed radio commentator for more than 50 years did an entire "Now you know the rest of the story.", on Alliance last night. Began with some of you may have seen the picture of a mouse immersed in a clear liquid. Then he told what it was, the advantages, one of which included bacteria not being able to live in it. That it was safe. Then he said but if you had an emergency and were in the hospital and probably could benefit from it's use you could not get it. Yes the drug has had interminable trials for over the last ten years, in many countries. It is even on FDA "Fast Track". Then he concluded with the picture of the mouse. That particular picture was take over 30 years ago. Appologize to Paul Harvey for not doing justice to his broadcast. I do not own stock in Alliance, but have thought about it. Do believe that the drug approval process is flawed and that the FDA should concentrate on safety only.
