I'm not at all worried about the share price. I got in RIM IPO at 7.80 and watched it hit as low as 4.80 i believe. This will be just like it as the EFINCOM deals get signed. We've got a great "story" here and as soon as there is the slighest sniff of NASDAQ we'll hit minimum requirements. Forget the retail investor, the MMs will get us
there. As for analyst reports we can be guaranteed a buy rec. because of the pile of warrants (around 3 million i believe) with a $10 tag. I can't believe the sellers at this price. JMHO

Isn't the minimum bid price $4.00 US to list on NASDAQ and not $5.00.
