PEOPLE GET PAID FOR THAT KIND OF INFORMATION!

A eulogy is one thing....telling people on a thread how to time the market is quite another.

GJC....

Ok...ok..this sure is a tough crowd....

Quick look says look for 10,000 as support....if it drops below that.....then next stop is 9000.

BTW...that answer was A.A.

Looks like you'll get your answer soon.....DOW is approaching critical territory...the market is very emotional right now...but the question is...will panic selling start?

A/D line has been on a steady decline....DOW and S&P are in correction phases as we speak. The majority of blues are below their 200 MA. The bond market is totally emotional and erratic. Jobless claims came in under the expected numbers....PPI had a strong move up while retail sales remain strong. That's a clear indication the FED will raise rates again. If that isn't enough....Greenspan drops his little speech on the market ...plus today is double witching day and BAM!...

The critical thing today is how the market reacts in the last hour of trading.....it will set the tone for next week. It all depends on where the market closes today....whether it bounces off the support...or falls totally through it.......

P.S. Looks like NASDAQ has good support..just below 2700
