Note reference to sale to non-phone maker and continued use of Qualcomm name. Later post mentions LU and T as possibilities. Brings to mind my thought about Compaq again.

Also these questions:
Wouldn't this be more like a contract production kind of deal?
Would this kind of outcome be better, neutral or worse than an outright sale to a Siemens or ERICY, etc.?

last time you popped your head up, we rallied next day
will history repeat itself?

with such a sizeable move to new highs, do you agree with my premise that a RETEST OF HIGHS is warranted and to be expected in the next several trading days?

on TA: with moves from 195 to 223
a 5/8 retracement takes us to about 212.5
a 3/8 retracement takes us to about 205.5

volume is strong today, a good sign
we are in that range, certainly lower than my 214-218 range posted earlier
I missed calling this pullback... sorry
