hhl.a the land the 500 million barrels of oil is on is producing they also have proven reserves that are undeveloped yet. the estimated cost of the oil in the ground is 2 billion those estimates were done a few months ago so that has probably gone up considerably.

HHL.a used to own this stock back in 1996 & early 1997; tripled by investment in. Have not followed it since, but with this refinery taking their oil again; it maybe a short term play. Highly unstable in Russia biggest drawback. No idea what bondholders will due, In at 1.40. ( bad lightning storm here .. so bneeb logging off).
