Laser, No, I have enought Maxam shares and they are only worth 1/2 of what I paid for them. Maybe I can talk Richard into selling his and then it will go up like ORXX. VBG I might even make some money on ORXX before the day is over. It is just about worth twice what I paid for it. Tim

Laser, I just heard from the state regarding Orex Ground Water Protection Plan. In early September they requested a 120 day extension which was denied. They were given a 90 day extension but have to to 30 day updates. The application is due around Dec. 10, 1999. The state is not sure how long approval will take after they receive the permit application but it will be expedited. It looks like there won't be any mill production this year. Tim
