What is really required is for the courts to get rid of their enormous backlog of cases. However, they don't have a freakin' clue how to do that. So they amuse themselves with the internet, dictation software and so on. No wonder the whole system keeps getting crappier with every passing year.

The Supreme Court today went hi-tech with the Chief Justice of India putting the daily and advance list of cases on Internet which would help litigants across the country to know when their cases would be heard without coming to the capital.

As per DIPY, the justice system is a spectacle, and now with this internet, justice going into cyberspace will get lost for ever. By the time you locate the cyberlist and arrange hearings, the litigants would have died. <g>
