Well its pretty easy to see that this debenture will not create any ovehang in this stock until it gets to .50c so thats a good thing. I like the way RKR has structured this debenture . The enticement of a 10% cut on the settlement will help with the BC Gov lawsuit as well. The nice thing about this whole process is that we will see no dillution until the .50c range. To get to .50c we would have to see either 1) A proposed settlement by the BC Gov 2) An assessment by independants, during the period prior to the lawsuit date, that say we have a very good chance of being approriately compensated. 3) The first drill core have a good cross section of AU&AG In all of the above cases if any of these occur than .50c overhead will be taken out quickly!
