Do you find it funny that Loraca's NV filing list Ron Boca, not Baca as the president? I'm a little confused by something. It says they traded some of their stock for 1mm shares of ZSUN. First it doesn't say who this trade was with. Second, that was in 98, reverse split makes it 500k shares. Split again means they would have 1mm shares today. They only have 495k shares. 41k shares of the one million went to Baca at $15.75 a share in May. That would have had to have been pre-split to get that kind of share price. So that's gives us 918k shares post split. They say 495k, a difference of 423k shares. They say they sold 179k shares in the first 6 months of this year, average price $10.65. Best possible scenario they did it all presplit, that would be like 358k shares post split they sold first 6 months of this year. That means they also sold 32.5 thousand shares pre-split last year. The point to this is liar Francoise, has said all along that the shares are in good stable hands, the float is tiny, blah, blah, blah. Just like the other insider friendly companies that I showed had lowered their stake, this one blew out 505k shares, over half of their holdings. Hell this one shareholders dumping alone would account for 25% of Francoise's fictitious float number. To make the numbers work they would have had to have sold the shares presplit, again at $10.65 a share, or $5.325 in todays share dollars. They were happy with $5.32 a share, while Francoise touts that the people holding the stock are looking for $15-20 up up up. Again he is proved a liar. CMB
