I need the thread's help. I'm trying to find out why Mustang is a pig. I own a block of this stock based on research I did. The company, its market and its product looked to be the right thing at the right time. So why is the stock dead?

I talked to a tech insider I know and he said dump all of my Mustang and buy Message Media. His opinion was Mustang is still too controlled by the founders which think they know everything, but are now way beyond their competence. Message's founders, on the other hand, have had the balls to step aside and let professional management take it to the next level.

I've also heard that they hired Continental Capital, a PR-Hype company, and that they have largely paid them in options, which is against SEC rules, and creates a large seller to disrupt you and I when the restrictions come off their shares and they dump. (Look at their track record)

Is this stuff true? If so, I've seen this movie too many times, and I'll be a seller.

Thanks for the feedback.
