the fundamentals of this deal are better than the original deal which took this stock to 14.00 they have a better price for their oil and they will own the refinery which means they are not going to be sharing the profits with anyone else something they didn't have before the bond holders will not reject it because the kazakstan government wants to deal with hurricane not a bunch of investors. the bond holders were willing to accept anything before now there dancing and so are the shareholders because we now hold all the aces.
