they have over 500 million barrels of oil in the ground which is already developed and pumping oil they are building a pipeline into china and are already shipping to china via rail when the pipeline is complete it will go direct they are also trying to get the governmnet to allow them to ship oil to the open market as they currently sell only to china and kazakstan. another reason for there drop was the world oil prices and russia was dumping oil in to kazakstan cheap now they have stopped that because its 22 buck a barrel now. this company is also in the TSE 300 it was listed in there two years ago and has not been taken out so im assuming there still there which means there are some fund managers who are itching to buy.
