Floydie: You know as well as anyone else that there is nothing illegal about the sale of marketable securities especially when disclosed to the SEC. The sales of the marketable Securities are on the balance sheet.Publically accessible information as in my post. Disclosed Stock Bartering makes you very suspicious?

Uh I think that omission is material regarding the SEC 10KSB filed by ZSUN. I did not see it anywhere did you? I think our friends at the SEC need to know this as well...
