Wow! That really is putting himself on the line. $2.3M of his own money one presumes. Of course, he may be a billionaire, but even so, it sends the right message. Good man. I can't remember ever seeing a new CEO ever spend his own money on stock. They usually wait for cheap options to vest.

I am starting to like Tom St Dennis more and more.....
Wind River Systems CEO Purchased 129,400 Shares

Is he truly purchasing shares with his own money or is he using some kind of signing bonus as part of his employment contract? That being said, it is good that the money is going into stock.
