Interesting conjecture about THQI receiving all WWF revenues. I thought the license was in a JV. But they could change the agreement I suppose with JAKKS transferring their half to THQI in exchange for a royalty calculated as if they owned 1/2 of a JV i.e. 1/2 revenues minus 1/2 of all expenses except royalty to WWF where I thought I understood that JAKKS only picked up 1/3.

The rationale for this could be that it makes it easier for the stores. Only one place to send the money whether it be WWF or any other THQI product. If THQI actually collects all of the revenue it makes sense for them to show it all as revenue.

All of the above is just my speculation as to how this wonderful result could be achieved. I am just thinking about the previous post refering to Yahoo post by Marc.
