You're probably right. 1995 was the third year of the longest semiconductor boom the industry ever saw. The whole industry was beginning to believe (again) that the boom/bust cycle would never be repeated. Then, beginnig in late 1995, the bust began. The bust of '96, '97 & '98 was the longest the industry ever saw. All things are relative. I still hold Whittington in the upper 10% of his peer group!
