Oh Good Grief!!! Well, I've been talking to them everyday and I did not know about a PR. I know they are working on some deals but your post makes no sense. Why would the SEC halt a stock that is trading dang near the OS and well over the float in a week? Because of two letters of intent? LOL ... Orxx is not selling shares nor doing anything with their stock that I can find and doing nothing wrong but announcing what they should in accordance with timely dissemination rules of the SEC. :-) GB
