"When we get into fundamentals we are looking at this more as an investment and that is not the purpose of this thread." I disagree but I will not argue with the majority... MOMO can be caused by a number of things and as a trader it is important to know what the cause is (especially if one does not use stops). If there is a positive material change in the fundamentals of the company we can expect a stock to run for a few days and for there to be fundamental support to the price to limit risk. My trading of VEN a couple of weeks ago was totally based on fundamentals. In the case of HHL, the fundamentals show that the stock is either way ahead of itself or it is being pushed up and dumped. I think that this is important...most of you obviously do not...
