Agree. I bought this as a long term hold. Solid management, great properties, major JV partners that have to do all the heavy lifting, plenty of cash, no debt, low market cap; everything you want in a junior exploration company. I doubt a hostile takeover, before we have any idea of what the other properties hold, would give shareholders a fair value for the company. It could happen, though, in this market environment. Barrick usually gets what they go after, so have to wait and see.

It might interest people here to know that Golden Ridge, which may have up to 3M oz. gold, probably does not have the raw potential of some of PGD's other Tanzanian properties. Some of them look like they could become open pit monsters.
