I read through USE OF PROCEEDS, as you suggested...The only 12 I found was the October 12 date in the text of that section....No pricing at 12 that I could find...No pricing... period..

Your second url does show an "estimated" price of 12...It does not seem to carry the conviction of a solid pricing, and is left open to possible change....just an opinion....At any rate, thanks for pointing it out to us, Dan....Every bit of news we can get is very important at this stage...
