Gary, I've been watching this one ever since you mentioned it on this thread. It looks pretty good to me here, at least to open a position (looking longer term here, not a quick scalp).

CNBC had their regular insider guy on today, and he was dumping all over the heavy insider buying. He said the huge buys in August and September were financed by company loans to the insiders with the stock used as collateral (you probably knew this, although I didn't), and he made a very strong suggestion that the loans were otherwise non-recourse. His contention, as I understood it, was that the market watches insider buying, HRC knows this, and HRC has cooked up this plan for insider buying to spark some interest in the market.

Thought you might find this interesting. (I missed the last few seconds of this discussion, so I don't know if anything else was said on the subject.)
