"If man was the only creation of God to eat from the Tree of Knowledge, then does than mean that creations of God that had not eaten of the tree are without sin, therefore their souls go to heaven? "

Man's sin effected all of creation. The decay in the orbits of natural satellites and entropy in general, I believe, are the consequences of original sin. The Universe with all its natural laws were maintained by God through the faith of man before the fall. After the fall, man began to operate on sense knowledge rather than faith and consequently the Universe and all of creation began to decay. Man was given dominion by God over all creation. Man gave his dominion over creation by obeying the voice of Satan rather than voice of God. Satan became the God of this world. Since Satan did not create the Universe, neither does he have the ability to sustain it. This is where the decay and entropy of the Yniverse originate.

In Isaiah, God implies that the original nature of animals was changed in the fall and would be restored at the full manifestation of the Kingdom. This would be similar to man's resurrected bodies. You must realize that I am only speculating using God's Word as a foundation for that speculation.

I think the viciousness of animals, like the viciousness of man, is also a manifestation of the fall. Everything in the universe tends to dacay and disorder. The Grace of God that comes through Christ violates the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics.
