From ABX's earning report just released...

These contracts give Barrick the flexibility to sell its gold at the contract price or the spot price, whichever is higher. At the same time, the company can capture the benefits of a rising gold price as 75 per cent of reserves are unhedged.

Not that I think ABX will go up...I just noticed the thread and thought someone might like this information

know they're unhedged? I don't see anything in their
annual report about it.
