Don't usually pick up the scraggly little rag, but I grabbed a copy of the Weekly Standard yesterday. I was curious to read William Kristol's review of George Weigel's biography of John Paul II. I've always liked Weigel, he's one of my favorite neocons. Did you notice the cover proclaimed John Paul II as "The Man of Our Age"? Pretty sweeping compliment. What a terriffic review, though. Kristol has nothing but praises for the Pope as well as Weigel. I'm not gonna call him Billy Kristol anymore. Well, at least not for a few days. <g>
