Oh Janice, In reading you post to Acts: ragingbull.com I notice that you are applying some rather firm standards concerning what you consider as substantial, meaningful FACTS. In addition to considering the fact that you are a defendant in a fraud case that just coincidentially involves the internet, your verbiage brought the following post to mind: ragingbull.com ... I think that the answer to your question is very obvious ... this whole PINC escapade has been nothing short of a full scale FBN'er orchestrated fiasco ... possibly planned from its inception to spike and then drop off to nothing. Has there been any offering of proof (even half-truth or innuendo) that this entire excursion was not a pump and dump operation that was then designed to fade away into a shorters paradise? If I missed it, please post links. It is still a fact that Janice Shell and her little mob of mangey minions have not asked the same questions of this stock that they have of others ... and are doing right now with a competitor of PINC. They are ALL over there bashing away and they are attacking a company that has Sales, Financials, Many Legitimate Clients, Real Products (not some Y2K fix that is both obsolete and unfinished), etc. If Dennis and Ullrich expect folks to just look at this failure and say, "Well, boys, you gave it a good try ... now go try something else because all is forgiven here" they are sadly mistaken. BTW, am I wrong, or is AZNT (a company they attacked with lies, etc) selling for almost 150% of what this fine stock is selling ... even if AZNT is relegated to the PINK's. Hogger
