Mani,

We have our athlon (ibm s865) running 24/7 with heavy load from electromagnetic simulation tools here in the office. I checked the uptime and it's been running non-stop since the last time I reboot for a software installation 2+ weeks. The stabilty of these machines is great as long as you put it together properly, which is a 'problem' which I think will start to affect Intel soon as well, with bus and memory bus speeds soaring.
