Yes, I understand the distinction between authorized and issued. I wasn't trying to open up a cans of worms, just trying to make sure I understand that the 65 million shares (difference between the float and issued) are either owned by insiders or restricted and who possibly owned them. I too, have NEVER heard the company mention a reverse split.
Was hoping that somewhere in the 65 million shares was an institution or two.

Sorry if I wasn't more specific. I didn't mean to suggest that the company has intentions of reverse splitting. Just that 100 million shares is considerable and makes any future significant EPS harder to accomplish. Of course, any future positive EPS would be all the more impressive.
