Frankly I think it simply advertising. The public places it's values (whether right or wrong) on all of the wrong things. When I quit being a fundamental (value) investor and started trading the market's opinion (T/A) I started to make money. However, when I am long the stock, I prefer management that can do a good job at controlling public opinion so I am not blindsided by some PR bungle (like is frequently the case with MU, CIEN, BSX, and many others). That's why I like companies like DELL. They know how the game is played and play it like a Stratavarius (sp). Matt
