the "japan" i was discussing was when i was buying Japanese ADRs in mid and lat 1998, and this thread thought that was the dumbest thing they had ever heard.... To be fair, you could have bought an old shoe anytime from Aug to Oct 98 and made good money off it. Speaking of charts that speak for themselves: timely.com as for the yen going higher.... stay tuned! HO HO I don't know, there just feels like some sort of political machinations at work to keep the dollar (edit) above Y100, similar to the ones that kept the euro from falling below the dollar. Not to mention the ones that caused the gold spike. <OT> You mentioned shorting manias earlier... are you short or thinking of shorting this Pokemon mania?
