Been looking for an entry point and may take advantage tomorrow if the market presents the right opportunity.

A couple of thoughts about the numbers, perhaps you can comment on. It looks like without royalty payments SNDK is at break even for last quarter, and a loss for the nine months ending September 99. I understand that the cost of component parts had increased and those costs were not passed on but that price increases will come into effect in Q1 2000. While we could expect costs to decline due to the ramping of production that is not guaranteed, was an estimate of the cost increases revealed.

Is there a secondary offering in the near future, if so has a date been set.
