I certainly hope you are incorrect about 9200-9600 at this point. My earlier target was 9800 but never reached. I can certainly see the market is still very skidish. I'm always nervous on 2 big back to back declines like yesterday....

This chart has been fairly accurate on it's correlations to '93 and '97
