I read post 328 and figured, part of the waived salary's was in
this $461k . Then what was the forgivness of debt on 1-29-99 I think
taht was the date???I guess I am interpreting this waivering of
salary's wrong but figured that as being part of the bottom
line??????????????? I sure hope I am wrong!!

Iam reserving my opinion till I have a chance to read the filing. However, if the management is defering their salaries I would think that is good because they are growing the business. I have had companies before including my own where I have only taken 12000 a year as salary to grow it.

This is responsible management IF they have no diluted shares to compensate themselves which I doubt because of the lack of news releases. They are not touting anything.

SO at this point my first guess is a profit of .02 would make this a min. of a .20 stock. Not to mention the shows forth coming. Again trade shows are cash cows.

I am doing some things for future trade shows myself which I intend to be paid for also.
