He gives out low price targets and that makes him look like winner every time

HJ, Usually, he puts out really high price targets, watches the stock fall 50% or so and then upgrades the stock with a new price target below the price he started coverage at.

The stock he covers with the highest implied upside potential is QKKA with about 200% to $25. It's down about 30% since he started coverage.
