If it's non-critical, yes, I rather doubt an IT manager is going to introduce anything foreign into their systems immediately prior to 1/1/00 (unless it is an upgrade for Y2K.) Why introduce something new into the environment just prior to the big day? This could mean, some of the non-critical products may have a slight dip in normal growth around this time of the year, but the net could be a wash over the quarter when factoring in those IT managers who start early. Some IT managers use the holiday seasons for major installations and overhauls of systems (because it's less interruptive), however, this year maybe that might be slightly different. But for critical needs, there's no way around the need.
