Well said on both counts. Right now WndCE folks are facing the same daunting platform questions that their counterpart (Win95, Win98, NT, Windows2k) had: "How do we support SetTopBox, how do we support games, how do we support embedded apps, and how do we support wireless?". In Windows, they could afford to be slow and buggy with enhancements since they owned the market. It's a totally different ball game in WndCE space. They could give WndCE out for free, and maybe get to keep the desktop advantage down the road.

Who knows, in a couple of years when someone talks about Netscape/Microsoft browser, you can say "What browser war?"
That's what in Bill Gates' head right now, I believe.
