Hi George - Canaccorde doesn't like being out of the loop when it comes to pushing paper - with respect to Rex they will just have to sit in the corner with Teevee and wear one of those concial dunce caps.
Interesting interview on Kanaal Z (Belgian financial television channel). They had a video release of the Kimberlite discovery in Mauritania showing digging and analyzing - Dr. Rombouts claims that Rex will double the annual revenue of the Mauritania Government in the next millenium from their diamond operations in their country.
I checked the Mauritania web and it indicates revenue of
$329 million U.S. for 1996 with gross domestic product of 4.1 billion $ U.S.
Let's see, if they raise $329 million U.S. for the Government annually, how much will that leave the company ?
Divide that amount by the number of shares and multiply by some suitable P/E and we are all stinking rich !
