Michael, it's not just "one Supreme Court Justice's opinion." It's the opinion of the Supreme Court. That means it's a ruling. That means it's the law. Under the principle of stare decisis, it remains the law. It controls the ENTIRE FEDERAL AND ALL STATE GOVERNMENTS. Do you understand that?

Until and unless it's overruled, it will remain the law for the foreseeable future. For the entire federal and any, each, all and every state government, every city government, every body of government, be it public school, public library, City Hall, dogcatcher, what have you. Under our Constitution, the rulings of the United States Supreme Court interpreting the Constition are binding on ALL levels of government within the ENTIRE UNITED STATES.

All the quotations you find and like are irrelevant to that simple, absolute fact. They don't change a thing. It's done. You lose. You already lost. You lost decades ago. You're dead and you don't even realize it.

Get it?
