I agree that there has indeed been a change in Priesthood. The book of Hebrews says OVER and OVER " After the order of Melchesidec ! The scriptures you quoted are indeed true and I have no argument with what you just said at ALL. I believe that we no longer serve God according to the ORDER of AARON .

Hebrews 7:11 If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood, (for under it the people received the law,) what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron?

Let me, and not just for the sake of this note to you, take a little minute to point out what I see happen over and over with peoples thinking. I just had a post sent to me about this verse:

Matthew 19:24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

The fellow who looks at this verse alone believes that he must not under any circumstances be RICH !! What is the trouble with that view.

It is like a fellow who discovers an automobile for the first time. He likes it so he takes back a piece of the matter 1 inch by 1 inch square. What do you think he thought the car was made of ???

That would depend of course on wether he took back a piece of the seat ( clothe ) the hood (steel) the tire (rubber).

Even if his analysis is perfect his conclusion would be wrong...

WHY... Because his "Hypothesis" was wrong. He started with an axiom or presupposition that was incorrect. Namely, that the Automobile was made of all the same materials when it was really made of several. So indeed he was right that cars "Contain" whatever sample he took But they are not made of whatever sample he took.

HOW... could this accident have been prevented :-}

More samples someone may say..... Well what if all the sample we took although from all over were all "Steel" One from the hood another from the truck one from the interior ashtray.. We may still conclude that a car is only made of steel...

So then we may find more than one verse (sample) and still not have the whole picture.

WHEN... would we finally find out that a car is not JUST made of steel???

As soon as... we found one sample of anything other than steel.

Consider this verse. I will get back to you in a minute: It may be a long minute.....

Matthew 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
