HOWEVER, gentleman, what I believe you miss here is the big picture. ACRI is not just about the v-chip. In fact, this will be a very small part of their company. it should provide plenty of capital though to really get things moving.

Sergio, I've been around for years and I've seen all kinds of companies and know about every financing under the sun. I also know management of ACRI well. I think you should look closer at each company they have under their umbrella.

There are warrants which are now exercisable (as of today). Usually the price of a stock would move down considerably as we both know during the warrant call. However, that has not been the case here and in fact you have even said the chart looks bullish. Most of these warrants have already been exercised and the company will have an additional $12M or so.

Wall Street in my opinion has started recognizing the future revenue and earnings power of this company and can't wait to do all those IPO spin-off's etc. let's say I'm right for a moment (of course this is just one scenario). With the advent of the v-chip royalties, I believe that ACRI would do a secondary at much higher prices ($30 or so) because their would be earnings to support the stock. 2M shares at 30 would raise another 55M in cash. You could be looking at a company that has loads of cash and 14M shares outstanding with recurring earnings of $1.50 per year for the next 4 years.

I hope this helps. There is so much more I have even gottent to yet.

Pipick, not so fast on the 28mil, not all the manufactures will be using Soundviews version, remember there are lots of versions of the patent , as Ken and I attested, and, after I spoke to the inventor of a version from a company called V-chip here in town, I think some are going to install the chip as renegade and pay no royalties then contest it later. Sorta like the car radiator overflow bottle episode.
Of the 28 mil sold a % of the imported ones are still wildcards .
So yes I did the calculation.
