Matt call me when you have time. I'll explain it to you in a way you can understand. It's too hard to do it on these message boards. By the way, brokers front run crap all the time . . . at least in Canada they do and they get away with it. It's illegal here too but it doesn't seem to stop them. I bet you a large number of the Canadian posters are brokers. I'm one of the few who isn't . . . that's why I'm so interesting. <ggg> Lola:)

Fatt Matt, The government is like one huge sloth, you never know what they are doing and or why, NEVER!..They are some of the best and someo fteh worst people I have ever known, for the most part , many are realy great people, but then there are others who are the scum of the universe.They are drunk with power, and all too often, they miss the point.. You canot guess hwt they will do, all uyou can do is make weducated decisions. Stay Tuned matt,, they will make their intentions clear someday.
