From Hogger:
"... anyone accused of fraud shouldn't be trusted"
(he was puporting to quote the "FBN'ers")

The Business Wire suit and associated information, on casual as well as detailed perusal, strengthens rather than lessens the credibility of the "Webnode 3". It demonstrates that they are willing to spend their own money to educate investors. Whether the investors deserve this or not is a different issue...

A more correct rule of thumb would be that anyone accused of fraud, and given fiduciary resonsiblity, should be looked at carefully. The Wilcher suit has the opposite effect from the Business Wire suit; it makes Jeanette Wilcher look rather bad. This is unusual for a person who is the trustee of a foundation already opaque in its dealings, and the defense in this instance is essentially a stipulation of aspects of the allegations that, upon my examination, were quite troubling.

And, OFF TOPIC

Please shave beforehand, if you would.

Greetings, my friend. I got a mental image from this comment that came from a country music video. I do not recall the artist, but the title was "I shaved my back for this?" It certainly brought a grin. In fact, I instantly interpreted it the way you meant it, and only just now thought of facial hair as a possible alternative.

My regards to your cOUSIN. I hope that my suggestions for modifications to the spacecraft did not give offense. Once an engineer, always an engineer...
